- It can be purchased up to 48hours prior to the scheduled date of departure.
- For flight tickets purchased through a travel agency or our reservation center, you can pre-purchase pre-ordered meals via the call center 48hours prior to the date of departure.

- When changing your itinerary, previously ordered meal will be automatically cancelled and refunded.After changing your itinerary, re-purchase your ticket(s) via the Air Seoul website or mobile page.
- Ordered meals may only be automatically cancelled; no refund is provided for any changes in itinerary made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of departure.
- When changing your itinerary, previously ordered meals will be automatically cancelled and the fare will be refunded. However, in the case of an itinerary cancellation made 48 hours or less prior to departure, ordered meals will not be refunded.
- Pre-ordered meals are not available for flights operated by non-Air Seoul Airlines/alliance partners or codeshare flights.
Precautions for In-flight Meals
- Nuts, gluten, eggs, or dairy products may be included in all items on the menu.
- If you have allergies or similar symptoms to specific foods, please check the menu before boarding.
- For customers with allergies or similar symptoms to nuts : In flight, Air Seoul may serve foods containing peanuts. Even if peanuts are not directly served, certain foods may include peanuts in their ingredients. We do not restrict other customers from possessing, or eating peanuts in-flight. Customers with allergies are advised to consult a doctor prior to travel.
- Drinks and snacks can be purchased from Café Mint.
